| 13 May 2008 Introducing Samuel Tahi Fenton, son of Julie and Darryn AND A BIG KIWI WELCOME TO THE NEW GREAT GRANDCHILD OF Mona and to Julie's family a welcome grandson. Even this event makes Val Jane a grandmother. Congratulations to Julie and Darryn. Their son was born in Surrey, England weighing 5lb 15 oz ; baby was born at 2.36 am on 4 May. Welcome to new Mum, Julie, living in the sheer delights of Surrey, who has joined the whanau website. Rose, Samuel's maternal grandmother has not had the chance to have a cuddle with him as she had broken her arm when visiting with Julie at the hospital prior to his arrival. We awaited decisions on names: Richard had plumped for Kings of England, never mind that they cover French, German, Scottish and everywhere else. Mum's trip to visit them in Shere will take place at the end of the month. What she'll have to do is to get a scoota for the narrow lanes and to ride the rails that go past their home. A major birthday for Courtney who is a student at Waikato .Congratulations for 30th April, Courtney. A few years older than you and Mari celebrated her birthday 1 May and congratulations on your 74th Mari. Thanks to Jack for sending a teasing food photo of the delicate cakes at your birthday tea where he included your age in the email. The racy Mona Fangio of Blake Street gives the people of Waitara a thrill as she dismisses the seed limit on the footpaths and has a few moves around the chicanes in the New World supermarket. Mum Mona is working towards her planned trip to England via the USA at the end of this month and a few weeks later or so, Val will be arriving to visit her grandson. John C, ex Wanganui, has more to share about the descendants of Nana Fenton's brother - a suggestion that John develop a parallel website has been an idea.
