Margret,I would like to thank you for keeping all the Family so well informed on current issues and past records of the Fenton Family.
Your latest item on the exploits of Uncle Ike Fenton during his Tour of Duty in Korea is excellent.
There are obviously many proud stories to be told, and thanks to you we are hearing some of them,Uncle Ike's Daughters,Michelle,Jackie,Trish and Vicki, if not already aware of this latest item would no doubt have received a lovely surprise.
Keep up the good work Margret,we are all very proud of you.
Arohanui, Mari and Jack.

Gidday, maytes in Brezbayne

Nice surprise to see your photo on the website. Thanks for making a contribution.

The current story about Uncle Ike and the 38th parallel is a gem and I am grateful to the nephew of Aunty Marj Harper for ferreting out the item and photos. Don lives not far from where your Dad lived when he was in Paekakariki. He and wife Louise live in Paraparamu as does their son and family. Don's sister, Glenys, also lives in the same suburb with husband Peter. I think they have a son there too.

I'm getting overwhelmed with the contributions from the Harper family.

I had hoped to get a reaction from Aunty Tuppence's children as the photo of her with Nana and Aunty Marj was such a lovely surprise for me to receive from Don.

To the DP, do not give up: you certainly proved that you have perserverance.
Arohanui, Margret
