2009 February - Birthdays and Real estate

Waiuku local Patricia Fenton has broken records in her short time in real estate, including achieving the largest single sale at Barfoot & Thompson Waiuku since the branch opened in 1996. Patricia was named branch Salesperson of the Year in 2007/08.

Owning her own lifestyle block and leasing a block of land for her Belgium Blue Cross beef stock, Patricia has an affinity with the people in her community. Her ability to move seamlessly across residential, lifestyle, rural and commercial properties helps produce great results for her clients.

Patricia is a positive and gregarious sales person who is well regarded as someone who is strong on communication, is up front and honest. She has a knack for making her clients feel comfortable throughout the sales process, a trait that is invaluable for people during what is potentially the largest transaction they will ever make.

Patricia understands that no two property transactions are the same and she loves the variety of work that real estate brings. She enjoys the interaction with her clients as she gets to know them and better understand their needs and motivations for buying or selling. With a proven track record of success, Patricia is committed to going the extra mile for her clients.

“The real estate industry can be challenging at times, but it is rewarding being able to help people achieve their property goals and move forward with their lives. It’s very satisfying to see a deal come together that works for everybody. My aim is always to make it as enjoyable and stress free as possible.”

My 60th birthday is on 7th February.

Margret
