Pauline Kettle, previously Bull, nee Adlam of Taumarunui saw this photo in the email and she said: 'Well, well, well', this is a photo of my Dad. He was the eldest sibling of Laura and she did idolise him. He was a private in WWI and his much younger brother, John David Adlam, the 7th born of Ramari and John, was in the 8th Reinforcements of the Maori Pioneer Baattalion as a Sergeant.
